The Senior Manager Fleet supports the stores and brand by managing all aspects which impact the Retail Licensed Brands Stores fleet: new stores, remodels, relocations, closures and store physical experience. Works directly with host, retail partners, Nextore, and third party vendors to ensure projects meet expectations, budgets, and deadlines. 



  • Develops and leads execution of the long term strategy and roadmap for optimal host penetration in line with brand strategy and goals
  • Manages operational execution for all new stores, remodels, and other designated projects
  • Manages all aspects of the physical store experience (design, fixturing, technology, maintenance) to ensure stores are set up and well positioned to provide the best patient and customer experience
  • Assesses health of the brand store fleet and identifies opportunities for improvement
  • Works directly with retail partners to define scope, objectives, and justification for each project
  • Monitors and reports project progress and results to ensure that projects meet expectations, budgets, and deadlines
  • Oversees fixture review and fixture planning/receipt/transfer process
  • Develops and manages multiple project timelines, resources, and scope
  • Responsible for the leadership of projects across functional groups
  • Coordinates partnerships between stores, corporate members, host, and third party vendors to ensure project completion
  • Looks for opportunities to combine multiple projects for greater efficiency and identifies conflicts and inconsistencies
  • Ensures projects have clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and expectations
  • Sets and continually manages project expectations with team
  • Analyzes and implements improvements to existing processes and reporting
  • Project scheduling, communications, reporting and quality control.
  • Monitors spend and due dates
  • Maintains open communication with all involved project partners to improve operational needs and minimalize oversight
  • Aligns with other departments on projects, prevents and manages associated conflicts
  • Resolves post-implementation matters



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years’ experience
  • Ability to lead multiple cross-functional teams and adapts well to change
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast paced and demanding environment
  • Ability to defuse conflicts effectively
  • Great interpersonal skills with ability to work with and/or oversee team, as well as many levels of management
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to execute projects within the given timeframes
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Results oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Self-motivated and ability to work under high pressure conditions with little to no supervision
  • Knowledge of Windows based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)



  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Project Management experience within retail
  • Ability to read and understand architectural documents
  • Experience working in a retail environment, supporting store operations
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of time
  • Able and willing to respond/work on weekends and/or extended hours as needed based on project needs
