The Financial Analyst will be primarily responsible for cost analysis and controllership of Luxottica’s North America transportation and distribution network. This role requires a self-starter and independent individual with advance analytical and problem solving skills. This person will partner with multiple stakeholders to provide timely analysis, support cost reduction initiatives, and develop reporting tools.



  • Analyze quantitative data and create meaningful reports to lead business improvement and cost reduction iniatives.
  • Run weekly and monthly KPI, planning, forecasting, and reporting models.
  • Work with data source providers and technology teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate, automated, and reported timely.
  • Provides financial insights for periodic business reviews with senior management.
  • Performs routine audits on transportation invoice.
  • Work toward simplifying and automating finance operations.



  • Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or similar degree
  • 1+ years of experience performing financial and ad hoc analysis using data reporting tools (i.e. Tableau, PowerB)
  • Experience with Excel advanced functions
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a changing work environment
  • Initiative and willingness to learn new skills and/or take on additional responsibilities



  • Previous experience in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Distribution Center Operations
  • PowerPoint, Access, SAP, Business Intelligence (i.e. Business Objects, Alterix, Qlickview)
