This role requires a self-starter and independent individual with strong SCM & logistics analysis abilities, problem solving skills, complex project management skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous situations.

Candidates should be able to understand the business partners desired strategy, help them to refine objectives, develop hypothesis and perform analysis to deliver insights. The best candidate has a desire to continually find areas of improvement that can be translated into measurable and meaningful impacts to our company. The position will partner with internal and external stakeholders such as the Distribution business team, FP&A, Supply Chain, Fulfillment Centers, and Planning teams and external vendors.



  • Manage the development of all weekly and monthly financial close, all planning, forecasting, and reporting models and their continuous innovation and communicating to your Operations partners
  • Expertise collecting, analyzing and managing quantitative data and creating meaningful reports to lead business improvement and cost reductions
  • Root cause analysis and uncovering core issues using data, then assisting the FC improve and create new measures for site productivity
  • Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitability
  • Work with data source providers and technology teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate, automated and timely



  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering and/or similar discipline with analytical bias
  • 3+ years relevant experience in positions that require analysis and reporting financial results
  • Required proficiency in Excel (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups)
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and/or analytical experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
  • 2+ years of experience performing financial and ad hoc analysis using data reporting tools
  • Ability to travel occasionally



  • MBA and/or Professional certification (CPA/CMA/Qualified Accounting certificate) + relevant experience
  • 1+ years of proven familiarity with concepts of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Advanced experience demonstrating problem solving and root cause analysis
  • Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense; proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions and demonstrated experience managing such mechanisms to an end result
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing and often ambiguous environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital
  • Demonstrated effective communication and presentation skills working with multiple peer groups and senior levels of management
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e., MSAccess, Essbase) and other financial systems (i.e. SAP AFS), providing solutions based on results of ad hoc analyses to senior management for strategic decision-making
  • Previous experience within a Consulting, Manufacturing, Distribution Center or Logistics processes and systems a plus
