The Project Supervisor owns and leads projects for Aftersales. Acts as the in-house consultant and manages all project requirements, processes, systems and metrics, and communications relevant to the successful completion of the project goals and objectives. Includes but not limited to, review of business need, technical and logistical requirements, identifying tasks, assigning and coordinating resources and creating/tracking project schedules.



  • Works with individual business managers to establish plans and goals for each project.
  • Establishes objectives, assign tasks, establish and manage the budget and align on timelines for achieving intermediate and overall goals.
  • Sets review dates to ensure that projects remain on target.
  • Coordinates and monitors progress across all projects by establishing a formal reporting structure.
  • Works closely with project managers to track progress and provide updates on any changes in strategy or priorities.
  • Reports on the progress of individual projects and the overall program.
  • Prepares weekly, monthly steering update and when necessary projects revision.



  • Bachelor’s degree, focus on supply chain, industrial engineering or IT related field
  • 5+ years of experience as project manager in Logistics &Distribution environment; experience in running projects in a cross-functional global environment
  • Must be adept at financial management to administer budgets across multiple projects and ensure the project meets its requirements for return on investment
  • Requires strong leadership skills to coordinate and motivate the project teams.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and utilizing project management applications
  • Creative approach to problem solving, and willingness to try new approaches
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership and vision in determining and driving strategy decisions
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple/detail-oriented tasks
  • Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project or a similar project management tool
  • As a professional working with cross-functional teams, the individual needs strong negotiation, conflict management and resolution skills.
  • Is comfortable working across all levels of the company, at times in the spotlight



  • Master's Degree
  • Industry related certifications
  • Project Management strong experience
  • Lean / Six Sigma Belt
  • Proficiency with MS Office Products (Excel, Word, Power Point, Project)
  • Budget development experience
