Job scope, Main Responsibilities and related activities

 

The position is about a role ad Planner / Account in the Creative Hub, aiming to coordinate the Creative Project assignment to the Creative Team, monitor progress, support planning of the activities and act as focal point with the Brand and with me, as Creative Hub Director. He / She should own the full portfolio of active campaigns from the briefing step until the handover to the Content Hub for the deployment, including the shooting schedule and execution. He / She should own the day by day activities, reporting to me in case of escalations.

 

AREAS of RESPONSIBILITIES and RELATED ACTIVITIES

 

•    Support the Creative Directors in the campaigns and shooting activities planning, working with the Brand(s) teams, the Production Team and the Content Team
•    Build and maintain a project portfolio GANTT with all the activities, as to monitor the overlaps, anticipate deadlines, identify bottlenecks and support in the project assignments
•    Own status meetings to collect issues and plan mitigation actions
•    Collect the briefings from the different Stakeholders (mainly the Brands) and evaluate completeness, provide feedback on missing or unclear sections and share with the Creative Team
•    Support me in the progress updates on the Creative Team and suggest changes and improvement in the project assignments by identifying best team and mixed skills for each project
•    Follow up with the Brands in case of missing deadlines and support in sharing meeting scheduling
