JOB SCOPE, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & RELATED ACTIVITIES:

Strategic role that will be influential in shaping consumer perceptions of the Luxottica eyewear brands as a leading company in eyewear and build a solid network of macro and micro influencers.
This role will oversee Influencer Marketing strategies and roll-out for Luxottica on a global scale, with the aim of creating segmented and clear digital/influencers strategies specifically for Ray-Ban brand. The creation of the right network and tailor-made communities are fundamental to guarantee the right brand visibility on people that are on-brand, but most of all, this new role will create genuine contents for social channels, .com, creating PR stories and world of mouth, based on brand needs and communication directions.


The role will lead the strategic choice of a multitude of taste makers, bloggers, influencers and celebrities able to guarantee a strong social influence of Ray-Ban as a brand:

•    Building influencer marketing strategies for Ray-Ban
•    Drive positive influencers/talents exposure for key product releases/brand stories and exploiting strong relationships with the key stakeholders
•    Creation of strong social communities and social dialogues around the brand and what it is doing
•    Create contents with key influencers and opinion makers
•    Connect with global brand/PR and key local Luxottica stakeholder, to guarantee a local relevance, on top of the global umbrella

•    Connect the social strategies with concrete e-comm business needs as well as product focuses and drive to store initiatives

 

NETWORK OF INTERACTIONS:
Internal: Brand Managers (Local and Global), Social Media, Creative Team, International PR team
External: Influencers, Opinion Leaders, Celebrities, Relevant Social COmmunities

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS & PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE:

  • Strong understanding of the world related to WW social/influencers/talents/celebrities
  • 4/5 years previous relevant experience in similar role
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills 
  • Budget management
