Lenses Market Strategy Tools Analyst

The Lenses Market Strategy Tools Analyst will manage the tools to support the prescription lens business:

  • Lenses technical data: creation of documents containing the technical information of the lenses, to be used as a basis for the construction of commercial catalogs. The activity must be planned in compliance with the commercial go-live dates of the new lenses. It requires coordination with various functions to find the necessary data (RX Operations, Lens Product, Marketing, Business Units).
  • Lenses technical data evolution: new project that aims to automate and make the technical data sheets of the lenses extractable from the system. A first phase involves the evolution of the current card format with the aim of standardizing it and thus creating efficiency. A second phase involves the analysis of what is available today on the systems (SAP) and of the gaps to be filled (missing information or reported in an unsuitable format). SAP developments will need to be carried out (drafting of requirements, coordination with IT, testing). The last phase (if foreseen) would then have the objective of building a more user friendly tool for the creation and use of the cards. Project to be developed in partnership with various functions (RX Operations, Marketing, Business Units, IT).
  • Lenses tools: new project that aims to build slow business support tools, to facilitate their analysis and understanding. To date we have built the first versions of some PowerBI dashboards, which will have to evolve more and more to give a 360 ° view of the prescription lens business. To evaluate the creation of tools of different nature, according to the needs of strategic analysis and the interlocutors who use the data (from top to middle management). The perimeter data is not purely sales, but may concern assortment mapping, calendar display, lens distribution, etc.

  • Educational Background: Management Engineering/Business Administration/Economics
  • 2/4 years of working experience
  • Project Management highly organized at work, experience in managing multiple projects within a matrixed organization, highly oriented to the results, creative problem solving and ability to work under strict timelines
  • Communication good experience in project presentations and interpersonal relationship, excellence in working in team
  • English Fluent
