Sales Events Business Analyst

  • ESSILORLUXOTTICA CORPORATE EVENTS: direct responsibility of the commercial organization of the main Corporate buying sessions dedicated to the launch of the new product releases for strategic accounts, with the direct management of the entire workflow: Preliminary agenda of the event, allocating the number of “customer slots” by country; Coordination of the Customer contacts database with the Logistic agency (hotels and transfers of the customers); Supervision of the Customers agenda, being responsible of the related forecasting activity (by country, by customer); Commercial support during the event; Monitoring of the order taking activity during and after the event

  • MONITORING: Reporting and commercial analysis

  • DIGITAL SALES TOOLS: advance user of the digital sales tools utilized during the event, both “front office” (utilized by sales people) and “back office” (order entry to SAP)



The candidate should show a positive attitude towards all sales related tasks, being potentially interested to develop a career inside the sales dept of one of the Luxottica commercial subsidiaries. Availability to work on a 6 months. Requirements: fluent in English and good knowledge of Excel.
