JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a Web Analyst with strong analytics attitude to empower our Web/Digital Analytics team. The candidate will support another web analyst in managing brands like Salmoiraghi & Viganò, Oliver People, Arnette, Alain Mikli, Vogue, Persol.

The main stakeholder is the E-Commerce Business team which requires weekly analysis on the current performance trend. It’s a challenging scenario with a multitude of websites, brands, marketing campaigns, countries, many IT releases for new web features.

We require the candidate to analyze the trend on daily base and report the reasons for the current trend.

 

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

  • REPORTING: Managing scheduled reports and dashboard to deliver main web KPIs to the management. Provide analysis and insights on the current trend with weekly meeting or updates.
  • CONVERSION RATE and REVENUE are the main KPI to mainly take care of.
  • DATA QA: to setup, manage and maintain tracking on the web site to ensure all necessary data is captured, with a specific focus on new projects, campaigns or new platform features. Recommend enhancements where needed to ensure accuracy of all reporting, and design new measurement method when needed.
  • WEB MARKETING: to examine traffic to identify marketing issues or opportunities.
  • Assist product / merchandising team with creating new reports and ad hoc analysis.

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Strong experience using Adobe Analytics (Sitecatalyst / Omniture)
  • Strong experience with web Marketing Campaign, tracking code
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Good experience using Google Analytics
  • Basic knowledge of HTML (for debugging purpose) preferred
  • Familiar with Adobe Report builder plugin for Excel or Workspace reports
  • Familiar with AB testing
  • Proficient use of PowerPoint
  • Data Visualization skills
  • Understanding of Traffic Drivers
