The Analyst of Campaign Insights provides insight to business leaders using data to measure campaign performance and improve the effectiveness of campaign strategies. This role is responsible for compiling monthly and weekly campaign reporting for selected retail brands.



  • Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to the team backed by data analysis
  • Collaborate with team on the analysis of marketing campaigns that deliver against revenue-driving goals including CTR, open rates, incremental revenue lift, engagement and retention
  • Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports for CRM marketing channels
  • Develop ad-hoc performance reports for campaigns, activations or special projects
  • Analyze and report on campaign results and user behavior to identify opportunities to improve engagement, and support overall CRM strategy



  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ years of Working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
  • Day to Day SQL usage within a work environment (1+ years of experience)
  • Highly analytical with ability to extract and analyze large amounts of data and draw actionable insights and recommendations
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to explain complex models and data sets to business stakeholders



  • Graduate degree
  • Retail experience
