GENERAL FUNCTION

The Manager of Campaign Insights provides insight to business leaders, using data to deepen campaign performance knowledge and improve the effectiveness of campaign strategies. This role studies customer behavior to campaigns and analyzes trends across channels – merging transactional, behavioral, clickstream, and demographic data to improve the effectiveness of consumer interactions, brand events and business initiatives. In addition, the manager develops marketing insights in order to quantify success or identify potential brand opportunities.

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Direct and coordinate insight development process
  • Responsible for success of team in supporting CRM & brand business partners
  • Leads plans and executes with excellence customers with multiple internal teams and organizations
  • Provides insight on how to improve campaign strategy
  • Builds actionable campaign insights through linking customer data to create hypotheses and improve campaign performance
  • Works with team to summarize and present results of campaign analysis focusing on insights and recommendations to affect CRM strategies and tactics
  • Designs and implements sound analytic approaches and testing methodologies to address marketing and business questions
  • Responsible for marketing & campaign optimization
  • Drives increased effectiveness of retention and acquisition campaigns recommending targeting tactics and predictive models
  • Forecast results, devising strategic course corrections to meet or exceed business results
  • Manages several brand-focused projects concurrently, often leading higher-level team members to deliver on time with excellence.
  • Ensure all timelines are appropriately defined and achieved to ensure brand success
  • Manage expectations and SLA’s to ensure move simple and fast to the business needs

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Analytics
  • Experience in creating processes for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and prioritization
  • Experience with effecting managing across functional teams
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to explain complex models and data sets to business stakeholders
  • Ability to explain to stakeholders technical challenges in email execution and manage expectations and resolution of issues when they arise

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate degree
  • Retail experience
