GENERAL FUNCTION

The Manager of Marketing - Digital CRM leads strategy and provides expertise to the enterprise in targeting, measurement and testing across digital media (paid, search, social). The Manager also plays an active and strategic role for growing the center of excellence across Luxottica Retail Brands.

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with the media team and external agencies to define and execute paid campaigns.
  • Leads the utilization of first party data in targeting through CDP, DMP and social/search.
  • Partners with CRM team to integrate 1st party data across all campaign touchpoints
  • Build actionable campaign insights through linking customer data to create hypotheses and improve campaign performance
  • Leads implementation for new capabilities including unified campaign measurement
  • Develop test and learn strategies for 1st party data channels
  • Consults with global ecommerce team to enable insight generation
  • Stays up to date on industry trends and innovations

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Digital media expert with experience in day to day operations of a DMP and/or CDP
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics/Omniture (2+ years of experience)
  • Working knowledge of SQL (2+ years of experience)
  • Statistical software: R strongly preferred, or SAS, SPSS, etc. (1+ years of experience)
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to explain complex models and data sets to business stakeholders
  • Experience with relationship management
  • Experience in a matrixed corporate environment
  • Strong presentation skills

  • Retail experience
