The Opportunity:

As the Local Store Marketing Specialist for our Optical retail brands, you would be responsible for:

  • Work cross-functionally to develop and execute localised campaigns and collateral to address specific business objectives, increase awareness and drive traffic to stores.
  • Develop tools and collateral that aligns with campaigns to support the stores in activating their local community.
  • Work closely with our stores, field team and center management teams to plan and coordinate local-store marketing initiatives and activities.
  • Create dedicated marketing plans and actions to support our new and refurbished stores.
  • Brief and coordinate paid media campaigns in collaboration with our media agency with a local focus.
  • Create a fun and energetic environment for all to engage

 

Skills Required:

  • Prior experience within a marketing role (3+ years)
  • Customer-centric
  • Ability to read and analyse statistical reports
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills
  • Organisational and planning skills
  • Prioritisation and time management
