The Opportunity:

As the Optical Retail Marketing Manager, you would be responsible for:

  • Developing the media approach with our media agency to align with campaign and brand objectives
  • Implementing the global social media strategy locally to engage our Australian and New Zealand social community
  • Negotiating funding and manage both brand and product driven campaigns to influence consumer perception, awareness and advocacy of the category and our brands.
  • Communicate, project manage and brief the 360 degree marketing plan for all campaigns including all marketing touch points; VM, Social, LSM, CRM, PR, Media and Digital
  • Leading a team of budding marketeers
  • Managing the Marketing budget for both retail brands
  • Create a fun and energetic environment for all to engage & lead and encourage team to be authentic in all they do


Skills Required:

  • Prior experience within a marketing role 
  • Customer-centric
  • Ability to read and analyze statistical reports
  • Previous responsibility for managing budgets and accountability for results
  • Experience in media briefing and agency management
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills
  • Organisational and planning skills
