The Financial Analyst has responsibility for overall P&L management related to Oakley and Premium Sun business segment reporting into the Senior Finance Manager.


  • Oversees monthly closure, reporting and analyses for North America wholesale with a specific emphasis on the Oakley & Premium Sun business segments
  • Supports month-end closing process by preparing journal entries and accruals for submission to Shared Services
  • Generates analytics to support sales in forecasting & reporting activities
  • Analyzes and reports month-end results, providing both quantitative and qualitative drivers of variance
  • Identifies and acts on opportunities to automate, streamline and improve reporting and forecasting processes
  • Prepares recurring and ad hoc schedules as needed for executive financial packages and distribution to key business partners
  • Develops, maintains, enhances and documents complex financial models for financial planning purposes (e.g. Customer P&L’s)
  • Supports ad-hoc requests from key stakeholders
  • Oversees quarterly forecast, annual budget process and 3 year plan
  • Works closely with cross-functional leaders and challenges the process when appropriate


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
  • 2+ years’ experience in Financial Analysis
  • Strong modeling and financial analysis skills
  • Solid understanding of General Accounting
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel)
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills


  • Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion/Essbase
  • Experience in Consumer Products Wholesale organization a plus
