The Pricing & Commissions Coordinator is responsible for the entry and maintenance of all customers pricing/discounts/rebates as established by the Product Team and Italy, determination of pricing/discounts/rebates, as well as coordinating commission payments for Independent Sales Representatives.



 Creates and maintains all Price Lists for Luxottica North America operations (including Wholesale, Canada, inter-company, office price, Department Stores, Consumers, Discount Programs, Freight Charges, Personal Frames, etc.).  

Uploads or enters pricing data for all brands.  

Maintains accurate records of pricing changes, new product, and discontinued brands; ensuring timely communication to sales force and other internal departments.  

Works closely with Sales, IT, and Product to coordinate and maintain all pricing and discount programs. 

Runs pricing reports for Finance, Product and Marketing to determine pricing trends including Sun, Ophthalmic, Off Prices, Brands, COT, etc.  

Runs audit reports to ensure pricing information is accurate and current. 

Ensures established prices are accurately and consistently being communicated to the customer base. 

Processes rebates/incentive award payments based on customer rebate programs and works with Finance team to ensure customer rebate programs are in line with strategy. 

Coordinates monthly commission/incentive award payments based on sales data and plan provisions.

  • Compiles and sorts sales force commission reports.
  • Posts sales, commissions, misc. rep charges, draw amounts and manual adjustments into sales force spreadsheets/ledgers.
  • Calculates bad debt and past due charges; enters charges into SAP and sales ledgers.
  • Confirms that all adjustments (in and out) prove to original sales total and are reflected on final commission statements.



  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred
  • Generally, has 1 – 2 years customer service, accounts payable/receivable or related experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Good communication/phone skills, accuracy, ability to manage and prioritize projects, organizational skills, good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • Effective communication Skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to change
