The Financial Analyst manages and coordinates all aspects of accounting, conducts high-level analysis of revenue, credit, expenses and overhead. The Analyst works closely with senior management to help make critical decisions for strategy and reporting.


  • Gathers and organizes financial data from all accounting departments.
  • Compiles and analyzes financial reports and finds discrepancies that require senior management’s attention.
  • Manages the general ledger and devotes time to risk management.
  • Prepares financial reports with reliable conclusions that management can use to implement more effective operational strategies.
  • Forecasts models for revenue changes and expenditure increases/decreases.
  • Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.
  • Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
  • Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials.
  • Increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications; coordinating information requirements.
  • Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


  • 4 year degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance
